Alex was very quick, efficient and helpful. I spoke to another agent previously asking for my free trial to be cancelled and that I don’t want to be charged for the subscription. Having since been charged, I got onto the live chat where Alex was more than helpful. My request wasn’t any trouble for him and he processed a refund for me within minutes.

AppyPie is the best, and the staff is all friendly. Especially Alex. The support system was really good. If you have a question or problem, they can support you 24/7. I recommend this company if you want to create an app with no coding experience.

Be careful of trying the free…
Be careful of trying the free subscription because once you subscribed with your credit card there is no way to unsubscribe and automatically they will renew to a paid subscription. There was also no notice before the free trial expired.
