Been with them for 5+ years, I have literally pioneered some of the how-to instructions and have been the first to use certain features and tell them about bugs needing to be fixed for those coming after me. I set up a trial for WeChat & Teams…
I set up a trial for WeChat & Teams integration and requested support from their team. Their response was prompt, but they couldn't resolve the issue during the scheduled meeting because the developer was absent. I rescheduled another meeting, but unfortunately, no one joined. It appears that their focus is more on marketing than providing adequate support.
