When I have problem with the APPTIVO campaign template, Rejash responded very fast and helped me with the high priority as I told him that I need to correct it before email sending time. What do you like best? Hands down the best feature it offers is email tracking to see if my email has been read. It's good software to keep all of your records in one place. Customized views are useful. What do you dislike? Calendar and emails don't interface seamlessly with Outlook, which means it's not a good resource for setting up reminders and creating new clients.
