What do you like best? Historical record of invoicing & communication; What do you dislike? Have had invoicing issues since the beginning of the year; duplicate invoice numbers; erroneous balance due; my confidence level in the product has dropped from an 8 or 9 to a 6 because of this. Great customer support - but lacking some key features that I need
What do you like best? Their customer service is awesome. They have a help button on every screen and, unlike most CRMs, this button pulls up a chat box, not a wiki or forum. Within seconds of a request a live operator responds and actually gives you real solutions. I was totally impressed the first time I used it and figured it was a fluke but I've used the support chat multiple times and each time a knowledgeable rep was there to answer my questions and help me try to solve my problem. ...

Honestly one of the worst CRM systems I have ever used, and I have used every single one in the last 30 yearsSlow, ugly, unorganised, no structure, doesnt make sense, you have to repeat your notes and tasks in several places on every call or lead, simply just really really bad

By far the best cloud CRM experience on the market IMHO!!!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Their interface elements are easy to access, understand and simple to navigate. I've used quite a few over the years from Navision, Zoho to Act and Apptivo supersedes their competitors on every level. The spreadsheet upload process is easy and practical! Great CRM! Especially for Gmail
What do you like best? I really enjoyed that it was recommended by google and that it integrates so well with gmail. I was able to import the email address that i already had in my gmail contacts. I LOVE the project management area. I have multiple projects active at a given time and being able to see them in the same place and my CRM is great!
