What do you like best? I really appreciate the invoice feature in this CRM. It really integrates the whole sales pipeline in this software and works great for small businesses. What do you dislike? Very powerful but easy to use CRM plus much more

What do you like best? Like most other systems, Apptivo uses "Chat" as their primary support but for complex set-up or help their scheduled support is beyond what I experienced from others competing in this field. Having expert engineering help is critical for small to medium size operations who have internal staff customizing the system. What do you dislike? What do you like best? A very flexible system. We can track all the parameters we want to track in CRM account management as well as project management. What do you dislike? It is clunky. What do you like best? I can create as many fields as I need to organize, track and manage my contacts and customers. What do you like best? The app flows nicely in terms of navigation, and fits our business, either directly or with flexible customization.
