Target Process has enabled us to run global teams in an agile process and allowed us to transform our process from a semi-agile process with QA to a full agile process. We can represent all aspects of the lifecycle from stories to test cases and give transparency to all members of the teams. What do you like best about Apptio Targetprocess? We're always finding new features and tools. Everything is intuitive and clear. What do you dislike about Apptio Targetprocess? Very little. Some calculations about time spent don't roll up as expected. What problems is Apptio Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you? It is our only development planning tool. We use it to manage both sprints and Kanban methodologies.

What do you like best about Apptio Targetprocess? The ability with planning and estimation by using drag and drop. The project portfolio dashboard and resource allocation planning. Being able to customize your processes and views. It is great for software development projects but we use it also for administration processes as purchase orders, recruitment, continues improvement, customer support, and we will expand more into Targetprocess.
