What do you like best about Apptio Targetprocess? The ability to define how we view our process. What do you dislike about Apptio Targetprocess? Not much. The learning curve is a bit steep at first. The site doesn't always refresh properly. What problems is Apptio Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you? We have an agile group, but are rather deadline-oriented, rather than sprint oriented, so the ability to work in a kanban fashion, but with things like start-end dates is fantastic.

I like the fact that we have created custom templates and are able to differentiate between different level requests. Targetprocess gives us an entire overview of everything that is going on and what tickets need to be handled or followed up with. What do you like best about Apptio Targetprocess? I like the ticket card window the best, as it allows me to view all my work as a whole so I can manage time appropriately. Additionally I like that you can move the tickets to various states since that helps to keep track of where you are in the projects final goal. What do you dislike about Apptio Targetprocess?
