What do you like best about Apptio Targetprocess? I like the fact that it is easy to keep track of tasks, they have good support, and that it is very flexible. What do you dislike about Apptio Targetprocess? I dislike that every time you drag a card that the columns readjust and you end up dropping the card into a column or row that you weren't intending to. "Great quality product that is continently updated and very flexible."

What do you like best about Apptio Targetprocess? The flexibility of the system. Its great to be able to throw any workflow at it and see many different views to find the information you are looking for. What do you dislike about Apptio Targetprocess? The helpdesk area (requests) needs some work. What do you like best about Apptio Targetprocess? The ability to define how we view our process. What do you dislike about Apptio Targetprocess? Not much. The learning curve is a bit steep at first. The site doesn't always refresh properly. What problems is Apptio Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you? We have an agile group, but are rather deadline-oriented, rather than sprint oriented, so the ability to work in a kanban fashion, but with things like start-end dates is fantastic.

What do you like best about Apptio Targetprocess? Very easy to get a new team going and then introduce new views to see new metrics to improve. What do you dislike about Apptio Targetprocess? Nothing that isn't on the roadmap. However creating some of the boards will not let you drill all the way down from project to tasks. I like the fact that we have created custom templates and are able to differentiate between different level requests. Targetprocess gives us an entire overview of everything that is going on and what tickets need to be handled or followed up with.
