What do you like best about Apptio Targetprocess? High visibility of tasks. We can easily see which task is assigned to which person at a glance using the profile pictures, which I like the most. What do you like best about Apptio Targetprocess? Super flexible. If there isn't a view that helps us, we can often create it. What do you dislike about Apptio Targetprocess? Integration with Git for Visual Studio Online doesn't work (it broke a while ago) so Target Process isn't able to associate commits containing the "#{Bug}" links with Stories and Bugs in Target Process. Which is critical for us, considering that we improve processes every few months. No other tool can do that and still provide good visualizations. It also has a lot of APIs which we can use to integrate with some of the other in house tools we use. What do you like best about Apptio Targetprocess? The ability to define how we view our process. What do you dislike about Apptio Targetprocess? Not much. The learning curve is a bit steep at first. The site doesn't always refresh properly. What problems is Apptio Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you? We have an agile group, but are rather deadline-oriented, rather than sprint oriented, so the ability to work in a kanban fashion, but with things like start-end dates is fantastic.
