What do you like best about Alchemer Mobile? Apptentive is so intuitive and easy to use. Having a little pop-up in our app makes it super easy for a member to give us feedback on the app. I've never seen anything else like this solution.

What do you like best about Alchemer Mobile? I have found Apptentive to be an easy-to-use platform that has allowed us to gather app reviews and feedback from real customers. We love how customers can contact us directly in-app and, on our end, we can see their device details so we can easily and quickly identify problems by device and operating system.

Strategically planning notes and surveys in conjunction with major app updates and program launches is one way to communicate with customers effectively. Recent updates make retargeting groups super simple- retarget based on survey responses or other custom groups.
