Creepy, privacy invading, and not a great solution if you value your customers.
What do you like best? The SDK was reasonably easy to use and integrate. What do you dislike? This is one of the most privacy invading mobile products I have ever seen. Literally, after integrating the SDK, you can essentially watch the actions of any of your users. You're "suppose" to anonymize data per their ToS, and we did, but I would bet most developers do not do this. Felt like I was invading the privacy of everyone using the app. Recommendations to others considering the product ...

What do you like best? Their webpage is quite well designed, and it's pretty intuitive. The heat maps and the videos are precise. It's very easy to create a funnel or an event. Its reports seems smart, they put just in front of your face the data that exactly you are willing to see. The integration with mobile native apps is pretty straightforward, as you only must add the library and a line with the API key (in the Application in Android, and in the AppDelegate in iOS.
