So easy to track applicants!

What do you like best? I love that all of my communication with candidates is in the same place. I no longer have to track and save emails. What do you dislike? I honestly can't think of anything. Thank you! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to ask specialized questions for each applicant really helps weed out those that I'm not interested in.

Great Service

What do you like best? We used this service to review applicants for a scholarship provided by our Nonprofit. It was great to have all of the applications easily available and definitely made the review process easier than our old paper process! What do you dislike? What do you like best? I can easily sort through and search candidates and jobs. Assigning managers to jobs is easy. I love being able to create job and email templates - such a time-saver! Very easy to rate applicants or add notes. The bulk email options is very smooth. One smooth process for posting in several different spots. What do you like best? I like all the automated/pre-made emails you can send to applicants. Makes screening through applicants less time consuming. Viewing applications is simple. Easy way to communicate with applicants. What do you dislike? I wish you could leave notes on applications that can be viewed.
