Quick, easy and consistency in usage.

What do you like best? Easy access and use. The system was much easier to learn than I anticipated. In a very short time I found it much easier to use ApplicantStack than using folders and hand writing. It also makes it easier to have more consistency in tracking from one team member to another. What do you like best? Applicant has always been user friendly and if I have questions or need further training, Jeff Crouse is quick to respond. I like that you can customize Appstack to what we need too. What do you dislike? I like all that Applicant Stack has to offer. What do you like best? I love the fact that this software is very cost effective and allows me to do everything that a very expensive system does. It works great for the size of my organization. Ease of access and use for hiring managers

What do you like best? I enjoy how clear and easy it is to use the system. The pipeline summary makes it easy to see exactly where a candidate is in the recruitment process and allows for coordination between multiple departments and human resources. What do you dislike? What do you like best? This expedites collaboration across multiple hiring personnel. What do you dislike? Sometimes downloading resumes is not very intuitive. What do you like best? Convenience; Applicant tracking; everything necessary for on-boarding in one place. Ability to customize email templates and questionnaires to send out. What do you dislike? Strange glitches with auto-emails when setting the stage for an applicant. What do you like best? I like the simplicity and the practicality. What do you dislike? When posting a new job ad I would like for applicant stack to have a section where it list all the most common benefits so an employer can just select the ones they offer and the applicant see what benefits the company offers What problems are you solving with the product? ApplicantStack has helped streamline our onboarding process signifacantly!

What do you like best? I love having everything in one place, easily accessible and ready for input into our accounting system. It has also cut down on the amount of paperwork we keep. We're able to download the new hire forms electronically and have eliminated physical personnel files. What do you dislike?
