Super Easy
What do you like best? Applicant Stack has been amazing for our organization. What do you dislike? The software should roll out an all inclusive option for the job boards. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have been able to solve my hiring issues by having the ability to post jobs to multiple sites with just one click.

App Stack is they way to sort thru applicants!
What do you like best? I like the ease of usage of the website. Easy to navigate, simple & gets the job done. What do you dislike? The inability to pull up prior applicants and to access notes....apparently no one knew there was a note section (History) option available until recently. What do you like best? Ability to download information all at once from all applicants Mass email ability Ability to set tasks Having one central location to move applicants through the process What do you dislike? Not able to download cover letters as PDFs or Word docs is hugely annoying. It would make the process so much easier to have these more easily accessible. Also, rather than exporting files as one big mass, it would be ideal to sort via candidate name or something ...

Appstack does not provide adequate data
What do you like best? I think AppStack is easy to review candidates with. I like how when I search a candidate it has the job they applied to next to the name. What do you dislike? I dislike how AppStack does not have reporting options. I would like to see how many candidates that applied are in each stage. Also, there is no number for me to call and talk to a real person. What do you like best? The application allows for communication across all of the management team with the simple click of a button. Seamlessly allows for feedback on the applicant between applicant and others on your management team (even when working remotely). Never call the same applicant twice on accident!
