Great software(ok in the cloud) for any size property management company. It makes the bookkeeping work go more rapidly every day of the month.

Pretty good.

I enjoy AF and the process of building a pioneering system. I think as it continues to tailor itself seamlessly around it's consumers it will be the one to beat.

Excellent tech support & easy to understand

We have used Appfolio for 4 years & they are very quick to respond to problems, suggestions, etc. Their on-line training is excellent. I find it much easier that the previous program the company had been using.

Coming from a prior property management software program to Appfolio, is like driving a used 1981 Honda and now driving a brand new Mercedes. It's easy to use. Everything is seamless, and so user friendly. The help section is great - I can usually solve my issues or learn something new. Also the software is always improving and changing with the clients needs. It's client focused and focused on making our job as property managers easier. So THANK YOU!

Amazing customer service!

There are a great deal of property management software companies out there, however, Appfolio is amazing! Most every day to day operations can be completed via the software (billing, tenant communication, accounting, document storage, website, etc) It makes things so much easier. The application process and screening is built in. If there is anything we have a question about their customer/client support is fantastic! We have used Appfolio for several years and would highly recommend them ...
