Absolutely the best business decision we ever made!

We can't imagine our business without Appfolio! The user-friendly functions are amazing and Appfolio is ALWAYS adding new features to improve productivity. Customer support is top notch, although we have only needed it a few times out of almost two years! Our tenants love the convenience and security of the online payment system, which has cut our time spent on bookkeeping by more than half! You will not be disappointed if you choose this software company!! Thank you Appfolio!

We've been happy with Appfolio.

We appreciate that we can send suggestions for some software changes. Sometimes we wish those changes could occur sooner than later...but we like that Appfolio is open to making changes.

I can only express how much time I have saved by using this program and the level of help that is available to walk you through the process! The whole staff is amazing!! AppFolio is constantly updating the system to make it better and easier to use. When new features are added, you are send an e-mail with the new features. I ABSOLUTELY love and recommend this program, you will not regret it, it is so easy to use and you have access from anywhere! 'JUST DO IT"
