What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? AppFolio Property Manager is great who property management who don't have their books and rentals already online. With their easy to use system, I would recommend this to anyone looking to keep control of the rental properties and keeping the books clean and clear.

We have used Appfolio for almost 2 years now and it has made our job much easier. They are always improving. They always respond to any issues quickly. I would recommend Appfolio program!

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? It has a lot of great features, but the one I like the most is the ability to text message the tenants and owners through the site. We get a lot of phone calls on a daily basis, so if I am able to message someone it can save me a lot of time. I also like how they offer courses or seminars on how to work their new features that they introduce.

Good management system
I am in charge of maintenance for over 480 units and this makes my life easy. Staff is very responsive to bugs/upgrades. Online at PC workflow is best we have seen, Android App is excellent for working in the feild.

Excellent platform all around
AppFolio saved us. We have a 500-unit apartment portfolio and were drowning in spreadsheets, Quickbooks files, checks, etc. Efficiency and accuracy has increased exponentially. We love their willingness to add features based on our input.
