I find AppFolio very easy to use and I have recommended it to two other PM companies.

New implementation, bad experience, still can't reconcile

First.. I find it odd that they're using another site other than existing Yelp and that they apparently have to invite you to provide feedback. I wonder why they haven't invited me? Perhaps they only invite friends? I've shared this feedback on other sites but since learning of this site, I'll try to use it as well. Excellent company

Excellent company. I've used several property software systems and Appfolio definitely out weighs them all. Appfolio is constantly making improvements, they really listen to and care what the client;s needs are. Would recommend to anyone.

Appfolio has made runing a scattered sites portfolio so much easier. They are constantly working to improve the site and make it even more user friendly. Support is there and constant whenever you need it.

Great product

I do think AppFolio is the best management software I have used to date! If they were to add a check scanning function, there wouldn't be a single task that it doesn't do for us!

Love the software

Love the software, wish it had a few improvements in it's accounting so we did not have to use Quick Books along side of it when it comes to maintenance work. Maybe we're just not using the calendar correctly, but would like to be able to use it for showings with several other users at the same time.

I have had Appfolio for over 5 years …

I have had Appfolio for over 5 years and it has been great until this year. They have cut their support staff so far that you are on your own. If you run into a problem you are expected to wait days to a week for help. I don't see how any business can be expected to wait that long to resolve an issue. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
