Appfolio allows our entire business to operate from our smart phone , pay bills, manage maintenance, leases, applications, only two out of 600 residents are not on auto pay, financial data, guest cards, real time Advertising, text email or call residents, vendor use, I'm sure we are not using all the features but December 2017 will be one year and we are comfortable and would recommend it Thank you Brett Walcutt DGB.Communities

I highly recommend Appfolio Property Management Software! I could not be any happier with this product, and the customer service/support has been great. I love the ability to work remotely, from any computer or smart phone. My only regret is not signing up sooner.

I love how Appfolio is always improving …
I love how Appfolio is always improving and adding popular features. It's pretty easy to use, except the accounting can get a little complicated. But the customer support always responds quickly and gets our problem solved.

I love the organization
I love the organization Appfolio provides us. Anytime we have a question or have a need they answer quickly and are always adding updates to make PM life easier. Can't imagine doing property management without AppFolio.

The best software ever! For the small monthly fee per property, I get outstanding service, monthly improvements, no lagging help desk that cant wait to get off at 5. Appfolio is Service, Service and Service. They are available, personable and Exceptional!
