AppFolio decided that our company was not a good fit for them a day before our pre-implementation call. We spent numerous hours with their team reviewing the software and signed a 1 year service agreement. Lack of business experience truly demonstrated by AppFolio a day before our Pre-Implementation call.

What do you like best? AppFolio is a easy to use software with very little learning curve. The dashboard and numerous reports are two of my favorite features. The dashboard gives you a broad glance at all facets of your business visually. The reports help you deep dive and are customization.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? I love the simplicity of the software. It is extremely user friendly and their help desk responds the same day to inquiries. They are also very receptive to feedback and make software changes based on that.
