AppFolio decided that our company was not a good fit for them a day before our pre-implementation call. We spent numerous hours with their team reviewing the software and signed a 1 year service agreement. Lack of business experience truly demonstrated by AppFolio a day before our Pre-Implementation call.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? AppFolio is a easy to use software with very little learning curve. The dashboard and numerous reports are two of my favorite features. The dashboard gives you a broad glance at all facets of your business visually. The reports help you deep dive and are customization.
