What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? That it integrates so many functions like Tenant screening and application management, our website and rental listing syndication. It’s user friendly and customer support is usually really good.

"Appfolio Review"
What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? The ability for tenants to put in work orders online and pay online is a great asset. I like the layout of the Dashboard and that it has the ability to let me customize it to my needs. I like that the tenants/co-signers can sign leases online.

Just horrible customer service
Just horrible customer service. It could be a great product if they had even adequate customer service but you will end up waiting for days to weeks if you even get an answer. It is sad, but the customer service reps attitude is as if they really don't even care. They care to get your business for sure but once they get it, you are on your own. It is so frustrating when you need an answer and you get no help and they don''t even care about it.

AWFUL ACCOUNTING APP. DO NOT BUY IT!!!
After 3 months of implementation we still cannot reconcile our receivables, prepaid maintenance and homeowners account balances. 3 months! The reason there are so many good reviews here is mainly because most people do not understand accounting. AppFolio IS NOT an accounting software and is far from being user friendly in that department. I have 30 years of experience in the accounting industry and have never seem such a dumb and idiotic accounting software. Our association (178 units) has ...
