"Recommended for Maximum Property Marketing Exposure "

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? AppFolio allows me to market rental properties in my area. Appfolio's syndication knows how to market your home to the right target audience. I use primarily RentLinx, which is one of AppFolio's services that specializes in advertising rentals to other sites like Craigslist, Apartments.com, Trulia, ShowMeTheRent, and many more. I get the most successful leads through Rentlinx and quality exposure.

I love AppFolio

AppFolio is great. It makes tracking everything from rent payments to tenant history a breeze. I use it to communicate with my residents almost exclusively and I love how it keeps a record of all our communications on their page. It makes my job easier for sure. Thanks AppFolio!

Going into my 3rd year, still love it!

Going into my 3rd year. Key thing with Appfolio is to give yourself time to learn the system, do not rush but find a great bookeeper to help you. Best system I have used to run my company, I trust it for all property types.
