We love Appfolio
We love Appfolio. The system is very intuitive which makes it easy to use and easy to train users on. My experience with their support has been very positive 90% of the time, but there have been times when it's taken multiple emails to get support. If they fix this, then this is by far the best PM software out there.

It changed my life
It changed my life! I absolutely recommend. Fear of change often keeps us doing the same thing, even though there is something better out there-AppFolio is that something better. The migration isn’t that bad and the results are awesome. If I ever leave real estate, they’re stuck with me...and I won’t take no for an answer....lol...I could sell the s$#t outa this s@$& Seriously, tho....

We love Appfolio. The system is very intuitive which makes it easy to use and easy to train users on. Totally in love with AppFolio
Totally in love with AppFolio! I have been in the industry for over 20 years and this is the best software I have ever worked with. It has made my job so much easier. The ability for our resident to pay online and place work-orders online is an incredible feature. Being able to text and email our residents from AppFolio and have record of the conversations is fantastic. The ease to process invoices, post deposits, track expenses etc. is exceptional.

Customer Service is HORRIBLE
Customer Service is HORRIBLE. They might as well not have a customer service department, save the money, and pass it on to it's customers. Their FINANCIAL system is a JOKE. It cannot even do a BALANCE SHEET. Please STAY AWAY. Save yourself money and AGGRAVATION!
