Great customer service. I only wished I'd switched before 2015. They continue to add new and needed services to help keep me at the top of what is needed in my business. I can always count on getting a quick response to questions or concerns.

I would definitely recommend AppFolio to anyone in the real estate Management field. So user friendly and up to date with the times. All online based and they even have a mobile app. The tech support is great and they're always making upgrades and adding great new features.
