What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? The easy layout for tenants is the great. Everyone, old and young, has no issues making payments and submitting work orders online!

I would have rated a 5

I would have rated a 5, but the programs ability to "auto correct" needs help. It should be able to somewhat discern a single letter error in a common word, and correct, rather than require typist to retype all again in hopes of not making another mistake. This has been the issue for a long time w/ appfolio, and all of our fellow employees state same "issue". Hope you can amend the program somewhat enough to help?

I would definitely recommend AppFolio to anyone in the real estate Management field. So user friendly and up to date with the times. All online based and they even have a mobile app. The tech support is great and they're always making upgrades and adding great new features.
