Organized, well thought out property management software that allows you to offer many services to your tenants.

What do you like best? This is our MAIN program in the office; therefore, I use it every single day. It's always open on one of my Internet tabs on Mozilla. The actual layout of the homepage, including the color scheme of the program, is easy to follow, read, understand, and pleasing to the eye (soft blue hues). They dont care after the sale

They started off great when I signed up back in 2013, there was definitely a learning curve but their service, at the time, was great at being available quickly, getting down to the problem and fixing it. Now, they got rid of their service completely it seems and it takes a week of pointless back and forth over email (because they got rid of our ability to call them) for usually, nothing to be resolved. Unacceptable customer support and response times

Unacceptable customer service and support. Response times are horrible and solutions are not provided. My team feels like they on their own when there are problems and we have no other choice but to hire independant consultants for the smallest things. They will not consider open API or integrations with other common software that will benefit their customers. I am not sure what is going on with them. We are not happy.

My love affair is over

They did away with phone support, no integration with other better applications and now they are trying to solicit my tenants to buy their indurance !!
