Every day at work
Every day at work, myself or a co-worker will express how happy and grateful that we are to be using AppFolio Property Management. Many of our processes have become uncomplicated because of AppFolio. For example, rent increases are done with just a few clicks - update the letter, check the residents to receive the letter, and print (even the envelopes) and mail. Fair pricing and great service
Fair pricing and great service. They are always making improvements to their platform as well. Every interaction with customer service has been great and was always followed up with to make sure that I did not need any further help.

Need Commercial Applications!
The only areas where I can see a need for improvement is with the accounting features (have the software better able to sync with Quickbooks, or include as good of accounting features as a software like Quickbooks has), and there should be two forms of applications or the ability to template different kinds to choose from (for residential and commercial).
