"Best Property Management Software I've Used to Date"
What do you like best? It's very fluid and user friendly. I like that you can send emails/texts from within the software and everyone in the company is able to view if needed. It makes it very easy to find information between residents and owners.

Every day at work
Every day at work, myself or a co-worker will express how happy and grateful that we are to be using AppFolio Property Management. Many of our processes have become uncomplicated because of AppFolio. For example, rent increases are done with just a few clicks - update the letter, check the residents to receive the letter, and print (even the envelopes) and mail. The increase is automatically entered on each tenant's account! Also, the Accounting aspect of AppFolio works seamlessly with the ...

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? It’s easy for me as an administrator assisting realty services with their applications and showings. There’s a lot of functionality but easy to pick up on.
