The solution is flexible, users adapt it quite easily

The staff at AppFolio has always been helpful and kind. It's always improving and bettering their design to fit the needs of their customers. I am new to using AppFolio and so far customer service has been great with all my questions in helping me get set up. We especially appreciate that the system isuncomplicated to use and understand. The training videos are very helpful.

I started out skeptical of Appfolio, I struggled to get our accounting switched over and there were a few clunky issues with the transfer, however, their team was there the whole way with a smiling face ready to help. Sometimes it takes a little while to get an answer, but when you have their attention, you have their full attention until the problem is resolved. What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? I love the ease of use with this program. From any device I can quickly check on or update any of the properties statuses that I need to. I can Send the owners anything they need. It’s just an overall wonderfully detailed program.
