Appfolio has made me love property management again! With all its bells and whistles for tenants, owners and vendors things are so simple. We utilize all aspects of Appfolio such as tenants pay rent on line, owner portals, Appfolio web site and so on. We love Appfolio

AppFolio is Constantly Improving

AppFolio is constantly improving. Every time I wish I could have some new feature or run a different report the team at AppFolio rolls out an update to address it before I have time to voice my request.

We have been using Appfolio for about 6 years and cannot live without it. The program is very simple to use and user friendly. They are continuously improving it and adding new features. Also their support staff is outstanding.
