Accounting is simplified, maintenance is well documented, leases are signed electronically, tenant's and owner's make payments for free through their portals.... What more could you ask for?

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? I love this software, and this company in general. Very hardworking! Each and every department is extremely friendly, and helpful. Their response time is 9/10 extremely prompt and thorough. They set their clients up for success!
