Awesome System. Needs greater flexibility in some areas

You really need to work on your permissions. Your permissions are designed for large companies. My company has 3 employees and they all have access to my bank info and all of them can lock me out of the system at any time. This has always bothered me. When i first signed up i was told by the Appfolio rep everyone would be given the "President" role. You have lumped sensitive functions in with everyday functions. This is a great property management software. We had looked at several software systems prior to deciding to go with Appfolio. Although none of them were perfect, Appfolio offered us the most for our money. We have a mixed portfolio of Residential Multi-Family, Commercial, and HOA properties that we manage. What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? The agents are there when you need them during business hours. Easy to navigate the system. Many help and tips tool. Search bar is my bff at work! It'll pull all your data, renewals and calculated prorated.

The ease of managing tenant accounts all in one software package and having real-time access for all of our staff, even from remote home offices. Marketing properties is easy and screening rental applicants is great! Electronic leases are generated with ease and they save so much back and forth time that was wasted with paper leases.
