I've been an AppFolio user for almost 6 years now and have been very pleased with the platform as well as the support I receive. I love the new features that are always rolled out!

It makes my job so much easier and less time spent on simple tasks plus less paper is used!

You do a lot of things fantastic, 2 things that need to be fixed.

You guys are amazing in so many ways you got new programs rolling out all the time to make our lives easier in our tenants lives easier. Except for in the one thing that I feel is the most important thing, and that is the maintenance request. The emergency maintenance line is not working. We put it in to place hoping it would help people after hours. After hours are kittens will call Lynn and beyond hold for 30 or 45 minutes and that's the time that they need somebody bride away. Best Property Management Software for the Money

This is a great property management software. We had looked at several software systems prior to deciding to go with Appfolio. Although none of them were perfect, Appfolio offered us the most for our money. We have a mixed portfolio of Residential Multi-Family, Commercial, and HOA properties that we manage. Awesome System. Needs greater flexibility in some areas

You really need to work on your permissions. Your permissions are designed for large companies. My company has 3 employees and they all have access to my bank info and all of them can lock me out of the system at any time. This has always bothered me. When i first signed up i was told by the Appfolio rep everyone would be given the "President" role. You have lumped sensitive functions in with everyday functions. What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? The agents are there when you need them during business hours. Easy to navigate the system. Many help and tips tool. Search bar is my bff at work! It'll pull all your data, renewals and calculated prorated.

The ease of managing tenant accounts all in one software package and having real-time access for all of our staff, even from remote home offices. Marketing properties is easy and screening rental applicants is great! Electronic leases are generated with ease and they save so much back and forth time that was wasted with paper leases.
