Appfolio provides an irreplaceable software & cloud service for our property investment and management company. Their customer service team is very accessible and helpful as well. My one suggestion would be to have assigned users be notified when there is a note added to a tenant page, unit page etc by an employee - this way everyone is kept in the loop. Also, it would be good if you can add a To Do list feature by property, like Asana...that can help with scheduling and planning ...

Appfolio is a magnificent application

Appfolio is a magnificent application. I use it at the office and on the road, never fails and gives me all the reports I need. Only one small detail, as I use many devices, the app is always telling me it doesn't recognize the device. i wish there was a way where I could put the info of all my devices in so I wouldn't have to go through this procedure. We moved from Yardi to AppFolio 1/1/18 and never looked back. It is so user friendly, we use all the reports, do our credit reports through AppFolio, pay/ACH owners & vendors, post vacancies online and on our website, make marketing flyers all with one click! The tenants & owners like (and use) their online portals. I use the letters, leases and inspection templates - all were easy to customize to fit our needs.
