Good Prop. Mgt. Software
A very good software, but as with any software, check to see if it meets your needs. Remember all software will not meet ALL of your needs. Some compromise will be needed on your part. If I had to do it over again, I would still choose Appfolio.

A great Property Management System
4yrs in, a real step up from our last vendor. AF knows property management and what is important to and needed by managers in the field. A few items are still missing in the maintenance module and accounting module we discussed in year 1, while other items not asked for are rolled out.

Great Customer Service
I am new to the property management world. AppFolio is easy to navigate and is always quick to respond to my inquiries. They're customer service representatives are pleasant and knowledgeable. They are constantly asking for ways to improve their site. AppFolio does update frequently to ensure that we have the most useful tools at our fingertips.
