Good Prop. Mgt. Software

A very good software, but as with any software, check to see if it meets your needs. Remember all software will not meet ALL of your needs. Some compromise will be needed on your part. If I had to do it over again, I would still choose Appfolio.

AppFolio is far easier to use compared to the other property management program that we had.

AppFolio has been a great daily tool for our property managment company. I do the accounting and there are times that I have suggestions that I wish were implemented. Overall we are very pleased with the software. Thank You!

Good...but much room for improvement

It's okay and user friendly but I repeatedly request simple updates that are ignored.

Frustrating and Difficult

As an owner of a company, I have found it very difficult to talk to a superior manager, supervisor and vice president of support if there is such a thing. When I send in a support request, it takes anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to respond. When I talk to the tech, I tell him the frustration and urgency of my request and there response is that I am one of many customers. Well I know that!!!!!!
