Nearly perfect rental management software

AppFolio's integration of all of the various functions is what makes it magic. Accounting, maintenance, leasing and tenant management are all combined in one application with a flawless crossover so loose ends do not end up getting ignored. AppFolio has allowed us to grow from a company handling 50 units to 3 times that size and we are more organized than we were previously. Now, the weaknesses: The lease should be able to be printed or pdf'd for export. The roommate function is horrible. ...

Good...but much room for improvement

It's okay and user friendly but I repeatedly request simple updates that are ignored.

Excellent customer service

We have used Appfolio for about a year and a half now and the software works wonderfully. The support team is very helpful any time we have a question.

AppFolio has exceeded my expectations

Having used both Yardi Systems and Buildium software in the past I can unequivocally say that AppFolio is the superior property management software. Not only is the interface user friendly and well designed, but they are constantly collecting user feedback and improving the software. They also offer an excellent custom web site option. Excellent Product and Fantastic Customer Service

I switched to AppFolio at the end of 2010 when I only had 25 properties under management. I am now at 120 properties and continuously growing. I am so glad I made the change back then as I feel the software enabled my growth. I appreciate the constant product upgrades at "no charge" and the excellent interaction my staff reports when they have a support need. AppFolio representatives are the best at Customer Service!

Every system can have challenges. We were new to AppFolio this year and we did not always understand the process. Every time I called or sent an email, I received the best help. Almost every one was an excellent teacher and gave me a hand up so I could learn the process. I expected them to be knowledgeable, but they were all patient and kind, too.

Great Property Management Software!

Appfolio is very easy to use that it has helped us with training our team members on the five new properties that we have taken on in 2014. It is cost effective and gives our team the tools they need to be successful.

Great Software, Easy to use

Appfolio is very hands-on friendly. I especially like their Help feature with videos. The only thing I wish was different is that I have to put in the daily late fee manually. Everything else is excellent.
