Frustrating and Difficult

As an owner of a company, I have found it very difficult to talk to a superior manager, supervisor and vice president of support if there is such a thing. When I send in a support request, it takes anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to respond. Great program.

A great interface that does just enough without being too confusing.

I was using OneSite before and I essentially needed 3 years of schooling to understand it all. Yeah, I could do more once I figured it all out, but it wasn't worth all the headaches. Appfolio is very user friendly and easy to pick up.

App-folio is great!

App-folio is such a great program for property management. Everything I need is all in front of me. The only suggestion I have is to make a section for lease renewals, we currently have to do them on paper and it would be great to have everything in App-folio. Thank you.
