Great ideas always implenmenting new features.

I really like the ease in using Appfolio. When placing a help we typically receive their response at the end of the day requested. They always help us through our dilemmas. They have added many great features since we started using them in 2010. I think they have more to offer than many of the other software out there. I think their prices are moderate to the high end but it never hurts to pay for good service. They give you plenty of support and ways to make suggestions to help us all. But ...

AppFolio took our company out in front of everyone in our community. Most new renters are attracted to being able to do as much as possible online, and Appfolio has delivered and keeps delivering new services.

I have very few critiques! The software is streamlined and easy to use, and customer support is extremely responsive and thorough. Some of the features are a bit "one-size fits all" which has made it tough for our company to utilize all of the services offered (such as online leases). Otherwise, two thumbs up!

I love AppFolio!!

I have been using Appfolio for 5 1/2 years. I have had a great experience with them. They have great customer service whenever I have questions. I have been impressed that they are always coming out with improvements and new features that help make my job much easier. I love "AppFolio"! Very User Friendly.

In the near future, I would love to see the text option given to the owners and vendors profile. An option to have important items bold or italicize.
