Love AppFolio, speedy fixes

I do really love this system, it does on occasion have glitches in the bookkeeping department, it's only flaw is that they do not give enough thought to this part. Most the time things run smoothly at our office because of this system.

I would highly recommend AppFolio to other similar type businesses because AppFolio really works. It takes all the guess work out managing tenants, money, contractors and vendors.

SIMPLY AWESOME!!!

In a very short review, I could not be happier!!! We ran our business the old way with paper and excel spreadsheets. Changing to AppFolio was the best decision ever for our business. Customer service is fantastic. Implementation was very thorough and Awesome. As a bonus, AppFolio keeps updating improving the software with additional useful features and functions. Software is very intuitive also!! Simply Awesome is my review and I would recommend to anyone.

Review of Appfolio Software

I have been using this service for approximately one year and have been very pleased with the results. We have been able to maintain more direct contact with our tenants and have found the tenants really notice the difference. Handling routine tasks is so much easier having all the tenant and apartment information combined. We are sending a monthly newsletter to all our tenants, which would not have been with our limited staff possible, in the past.

In my opinion Appfolio is the best property management tool on the market. It is simple to use and to train new hires on. Appfolio is innovative and always open to feedback and suggestions to improve their product. Our management company, GSF Properties, has had great success transitioning from the Safeguard system straight to Appfolio and it has been the best decision we could have made.

The Appfolio software has enhanced our productivity and quality of service far beyond what we were excepting out of any product.
