We are very happy with AppFolio!
AppFolio was very helpful in assisting us with the transition to new property management software. They are quick to respond to questions or issues. They have also released new updates and improvements to the system which is great!

Great Application for Property Management
This program is essential to any serious PM company. It is easy to work with, you get quick responses on questions from the support staff and the reports are awesome.

A well thought out program and easy to use
Our company has been using AppFolio for about a year now. Our experience is it is a well thought out program. Very user friendly. We have used Yardi as well as a few other programs. This is by far the best. We highly recommend it. It makes our jobs a lot easier.

New Maintenance page..?
I preferred the old maintenance page..It was simpler and more streamlined..This new page is confusing..its like, I'm all over the page looking for what I want..Overall I like using AppFolio very much..Please keep it simple and fun to use..!

Support takes too long to respond.
I really needed help last Friday as I was in the middle of owner checks. I emailed and called and was told that the request would be expiated. I got an email after 5pm Friday stating that my request was being researched. I had to send out owner checks to 60 owners that were for the wrong amount because I could not solve this in a timely manner. I got one answer today, by email and I still am waiting for the response to my reply. this is my only gripe with appflio...support requests that you ...

Terrible Client Support
Unacceptable that you have to leave a message on the "support line". In the fast paced world we live in, time = $ and no response for over 48 hours is without question, unacceptable. For the most part the software works good, but when things aren't working, there should be someone available to help. I got through to sales on one ring, ready to help me invest in appfolio. Nice to know where their priorities are! This needs addressed ASAP.

Responsive and continually evolving
Our company has been using AppFolio for almost three years, and to me it feels like a definite upgrade from our previous antiquated software. I really like the convenience of web-based software. We share an on-call after-hours rotation, and it is wonderful that I can respond to emergency situations from any computer (or my phone) without needing any special programs, just the internet. Awesome product.
