We have used this program for several years now. They are constantly improving it. If a problem develops they are quick to respond and work with you to correct the problem.

Great Software Package
The software is great but the support staff from AppFolio is outstanding. Any small problems we may have had, have been resolved in a very timely manner. Great company, great software!!

Love it
This software has made my property management life so much easier. Customer Support is top notch. They're always making improvements to the system as well. My only gripe is you have to pay extra for mobile version of the website and premium leads. Overall, I do love it.

Customer Service definitely needs work.
The property management services offered by Appfolio are pretty good. They definitely have thought through a lot of the day to day tasks and have created a decent product to help manage properties. However, there is a big disconnect between the customer service and help received during your first 60 days with the system, and the continuing support and communication after going through the implementation process. Information reported not even accurate!!! Major discrepancies!!!
We keep up-to-date with our reports from the top 3 Reporting agencies. Appfolio reported information that was outdated and should not have been included in what they sent to a prospective landlord. 2 evictions & 1 judement that were dismissed/terminated without predjudice! This has caused us to lose housing that we were supposed to move into this summer! Even 1 of the management companies that filed and quickly dismissed an eviction notice in 2014 took us back as tenants without hesitation ...

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? I like the fact that the owner can purchase Tenant Liability Insurance through the tool.
