What do you like best? Appfolio is a great tool to keep track of all things regarding our rental homes. We use it to store photos, leases, alert tenants of rent due etc. We can also post rental ads directly!

Love AppFolio
We love Appfolio, but they need to get busy and revamp the student properties. They need to talk to management companies that manage students and not just guess on what they think works....lots of issues in the real world.

Would not be in the property management business without them.
Of all the property management systems that I have used, AppFolio is by far the best. It is both Real Estate Broker friendly, owner friendly and tenant friendly. The fees are reasonable. The amount of services they provide are more than I really need, but I am grateful they are there if I ever need them. I currently manage 140 homes and it is effortless with AppFolio.

NEVER RETURNS OUR CALLS!!
This company has horrible customer service plus charges different amounts every month! It should be 1.00 a home and we have just about 250 doors, we were charged 900 last month and 1,500 dollars this month!!!! Stay away go with Buildium instead!!
