I switched from a competitor. I have never looked back, customer service is great, I get a call back on questions and get real help, videos and website is super, technology is cutting edge. suggestions are herd and acted upon, Appfolio sets the standard, price is fair. Overall 5 stars

Top Notch Customer Service
I've used 4-5 property management software packages in my career. Appfolio is by far the best. There customer service is extremely responsive. They are always looking to innovate and improve their software. Highly recommend them.

Very Happy
No problems with the system just me being unclear as to how to proceed with something so needed some guidance. I have had only a few reasons to contact the office and have had great response with thorough answers to be inquiries.

Excellent Property Management Program
