Would recommend Appfolio for Property Mgmt anytime - anywhere
I think that this program or system you guys at Appfolio have come up with is so helpful for any property mgmt company and you are always listening to your client needs and updating. do get me wrong you can always improve, but the good thing about Appfolio is that they are willing to listen & do so.

Country Club Place Apts.
This is the easiest most sensible program for Apartment management that I have ever worked. My one wish is that the "past" residents would drop to a separate space, allowing the present and future residents first access. I am beginning to have more Past than present and it is a lot to wade thru.

Response Time to Support Requests
We've noticed that when we submit a support request it takes a while before we can get an answer. Usually the representative calls us when we are done with work. Probably due to the time difference. To have a life chat would be very helpful.

Top Notch Customer Service
I've used 4-5 property management software packages in my career. Appfolio is by far the best. There customer service is extremely responsive. They are always looking to innovate and improve their software. Highly recommend them.
