Great start and willing to improve

I am completely impressed with their customer service. There are some essentials that we are still waiting to be added and I really hope they do it soon.

User friendly

Worst part is your property inspection. It crashes often during use. It is very cumbersome and takes forever to do. Pictures are not great

The program is very comprehensive and user friendly. It is so intuitive that you can just sit down & start using it without any training. The Appfolio team is professional, friendly, quick to respond to inquiries & always finds the answer.

User friendly, all the info you could possibly need to do your job - whatever that may be - and info is easy to find. Love the new text and email options and it keeping record of when and what you said. I wish that when "moving in a new tenant" the system could check for duplicity on that second app being moved in/added and not adding the same dependants, vehicles etc. I have to do this manually now reviewing the applications bath and forth deleting duplicated info (it's not that big of a ...
