What do you like best about Appcues? Appcues is very intuitive and easy to learn. It is very quick to edit and push the changes. It publishes content with a push of a button. What do you dislike about Appcues? The banner widget doesn't show any progress bar. If you upload a big file then you won't know how much file is uploaded or if the widget is stuck. What do you like best about Appcues? Easy to set up - our design team created some templates that anyone in the company can use to ensure consistency through flows. NPS - we are now easily able to track NPS and we set up an easy Zapier integration to see all responses and feedback in Slack! Great analytics - I love the ability to see the percentage of users who work through a flow, it shows us what is successful and what isn't Great support - Any time I have questions the team gets back in ...

What do you like best about Appcues? The easy interface that you can plug in & test on any parts of your site. Simple to use. What do you dislike about Appcues? I wish there was more ability to customize certain events. Specifically- I wish you could make certain tips & tools more prominent on certain pages. What problems is Appcues solving and how is that benefiting you? No real problems. The benefit has been the ability to create a great user experience that connects users to our onboarding.
