What do you like best about Appcues? My favorite aspect of Appcues is that I can put in-app messages live to customers, without needing to ask my product or engineering team. This is HUGE, especially since most of our product team works in very different timezones and we need to move quickly on initiatives. What do you like best about Appcues? Presenting hyper-targeted content to the right user at the right time w/o engineering dependence is an Appcues superpower. Being about track user behavior at the most granular level in my app w/o engineering is just icing on the productized cake. What do you dislike about Appcues? The tools are built for full customization, so the only limitation is really the creativity of the person building the flows/pins/etc. In addition, when you pull in the tracking data in your analysis, you get a great insight into how your Customers use your tools. What do you dislike about Appcues? It's hard to edit flows that have a lot of steps because you have to jump around a ton. It's doable, but you have to really keep track of the order you build ...
