Aplos has the best support team in the industry!

PROS: Aplos is a simple tool that serves its purpose. It can be configured and tailored according to the needs of its users. They have a solid support crew too. These guys are always at the ready to help. Sometimes, they even go out of their way to assist us with issues about the program. They're attentive and responsive--two of the qualities that I look for in a team.

A simple tool handling complex tasks.

PROS: Aplos is indispensable in my line of work. I love it because it's reasonably priced, intuitive, and easy to learn. The support team is great too! CONS: Whatever issues that I may have encountered in the past Aplos' team has already successfully addressed them.

Simple and efficient.

PROS: There are two things that I love about Aplos: it's straightforward and it has a solid team available to users. I highly recommend this tool! CONS: I don't understand why there are such big discrepancies in between subscription tiers. The differences in terms of features are not that stark and it's difficult to justify the price hikes. I also think that there are features in the higher tiers that can be considered as "basic" and should be included in the basic packages.

Whatever we need concerning accounting, it has a slew of services to assist us--from charting different accounts, to managing the inflow of donations, to keeping track of information about our donors.
