What do you like best? It allows accessing a remote computer without even installing it. It saves much time and also does not arise any privacy or other problem as it needs not to be installed. The best help desk software
What do you like best? It's fast and easy of use. You only have to download it and it will working in seconds. What do you dislike? You have to remember to ask for administrative permissions so you can change system config. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? You don't to go to customers office to resolve problems with software. So you reduce your outgoings for displacement.
