Probably the worst customer service…

Probably the worst customer service I've experienced for a tech company. At best they are incompetent.... but i suspect they are actually just deliberately kicking the can down the road to avoid sorting issues while they keep your money for a service that doesn't work.Frequently claim they haven't got emails (that they have replied to previously) and will take over a week to reply.

Its security is excellent, you can't connect without having the authorization set by the user which makes it much more secure than other programs like teamviewer.
