"Great solution for remote controll of both mobile devices and PCs"

What do you like best about AnyDesk? The most useful feature of AnyDesk to me is having remote control access without requiring input on the device you are remoting in to after a very simple setup. Works very well and is fast.

Works very well and is fast. Customer service is a whole different story. Took probably 12 emails and a month to get payment and access to account rectified. You tell me if that is way too long & frustrating and waste of my time.

Support was responsive when I needed…

Support was responsive when I needed it, which occurred when I traveled to San Diego for a month back in September 2022, as the plan that I had paid for only covered logging in from one device. I needed to be able to log in from two devices. Thanks for the help!
