Great service but...
I use anydesk on a personal level but like many other have a lot of connections. Using it to connect to my home PC/Server a lot. Like many others I also had the pop ups warning me about usage. This is a standard message although it looks very intimidating I would ask Anydesk to use a more polite message that looks nicer. I completed the form and they whitelisted me. Turns out I sent them the wrong details (I sent them the ID of the computer i was connecting to, but should have sent them ...

There are several remote access programs available. Anydesk is a good value, and their support staff is quick to respond to tickets.

I submitted a support ticket and WOW
I submitted a support ticket fully expecting to wait 24 hours or more for a emailed reply, but I was surprised to receive a phone call from AnyDesk less than an hour from hitting the Submit button. James Zotos was very helpfully and happy to listen to my issue before offering 2 possible solutions and recommending 1.
